Warranty & Coverage

At Vortex IT, we stand behind the quality of our work. That’s why all projects we complete come with a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty.

  • Hardware Warranty: If any hardware purchased and installed by us has issues within the first year, we’ll cover the repair or replacement.
  • Installation Guarantee: If we miss something or don’t install something correctly, we’ll fix it at no additional cost.
  • Exclusions: Any changes or modifications requested after the project completion are not included in this warranty and will incur additional charges.

IT Support Options

Our support services include general IT troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor updates. Large-scale projects or system changes are handled separately. We offer two convenient ways to access our expert IT support:

Non-Contracted Support:
Access our services at anytime with our support rates!

  • Remote Support: $80.00/hour
  • On-Site Support: $100.00/hour + $50.00 travel fee
  • Billing: Services are billed to the nearest 15-minute interval with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.

Contract-Based Support:
Our support packages offer a cost-effective solution for on-going IT needs. Pre-purchase hours and save!

  • Remote/On-Site Support: $70.00/hour + no travel fee
  • Discount Rates:
  • 15 hours: 5% discount
  • 30 hours: 10% discount
  • 40+ hours: 15% discount
  • Minimum Contract: 5 hours for 6 months
  • Additional Hours: Any hours over the package limit will be billed at the standard contract-based rate. You may increase your contract hours at any time for the beginning of each month.
  • Unused Hours: Contract hours must be used within the monthly timeframe and do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified.

Support Availability & Hours

Regular Support Hours
We are ready to assist you during our standard business hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00am-8:00pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: 10:00am-6:00pm

After-Hours Support
We understand that some issues can arise outside of regular business hours. While we cannot guarantee availability after hours, we strive to assist when possible.

  • Non-Contracted Users: After-hours support is billed at time and a half of our standard rates.
  • Contracted Users: After-hours support is provided at no additional charge.

Important Notes

  • Limited Availability: After-hours support is subject to technician availability and is not guaranteed. We recommend scheduling any critical support needs during regular business hours.
  • Emergency Requests: For urgent issues after hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible to resolve your issue.
